Erkan is a prodigy of Mediterranean gastronomy. He wanted to showcase this superb, sun-drenched cuisine in a restaurant capable of conveying this atmosphere.
Together, we came up with a space that could accommodate the raw materials in their simplest form, while retaining an oriental style. The idea of installing a carpet, half of which covers the floor and the other half a wall, seemed to us a clever way of recalling the culture of the Levant.
The central bar was entirely conceived and designed by us. We had to be ingenious to give this rough-hewn wooden piece of furniture a feeling of lightness. The rounded, undulating shapes create a chic look without detracting from the object’s rustic, natural feel.
This universe is ideal for lovers of quality cooking, accentuated by a touch of Mediterranean sunshine.
