The Saint-Donat urban community real estate development is an ambitious project designed to create a peaceful living environment in harmony with nature.
The project will comprise 118 lots of a minimum of 1 acre, on which eco-friendly homes and mini-cottages will be built, offering privileged access to the surrounding nature.
The main course of the project will be a Guest House, offering rooms for rent and boat rental services to access the lake.
A promenade along Lac Major will offer footpaths, relaxation areas and water sports facilities.
A green boulevard along the lake will feature recreational spaces, bicycle and pedestrian paths, nature conservation facilities, community gardens and spaces for collective events.
A small forest near Major Lake will provide trails for visitors to enjoy nature.
Lac Major itself is a magnificent body of water, ideal for water-based activities such as swimming, canoeing, kayaking and fishing.
