So Tasty was first inspired by the Playing for Change music project, which aims to spread a message of peace through song around the world. It was while watching these inspiring videos that owners Christophe and Salvator came up with the idea of a healthy fast-food concept, combining high-end and responsible coffee. Not only did they want to serve quality, tasty and gourmet products, but they also wanted to create a healthy and pleasant atmosphere, inspired by sunny days in nature.
The result was a design focused on people and their values. Located in Brussels’ new modern ecological shopping center, Les Docks Bruxsel, the So Tasty restaurant is intended to be a warm, gourmet stopover throughout the gallery. The wooden benches have been selected and cut by hand, providing the establishment with integrated, personalized furnishings. The project takes advantage of the center’s light and green ambience to showcase a pure, nature-inspired decor.
