Feasibility study
Defining your identity, your budget and your needs are the first objectives to evaluate before you can start your project.
Preliminary sketches and plans
A preliminary sketch of your project will be drawn up by our team. It will serve as a basis for correction and in-depth understanding of your needs.
Final drawings and 3D renderings
In order to perfectly document the work to be carried out, technical drawings and realistic renderings will be given to you before the work begins.
Final quotations and permits
A quote, including finishes and quantities, will be drawn up so as not to leave anything to chance. It’s only after all this work has been done that we’ll be able to put together the permit application file.
Estimations
We quote for subcontractors in your area, based on their prices and skills. We select the professionals best suited to your needs.
Site supervision
One of our experts is dedicated to monitoring your project. We’ll provide you with a schedule of visits and progress before work begins. Your expert will always be available by phone to answer your questions.
Inspection
After each visit by your expert, you’ll receive an e-mail with a report and a progress report before each payment is made to the parties involved.
